Although our mother had many friends in Phoenix, we live long distance, so she needed an in-town voice, listening ear, and advocate when she needed care and we could not be there. Geriatric Resources, LLC was such a tremendous resource to us. Crystal and her team were so professional and responsive when our our mother was in rehab. Their knowledge, understanding, and compassion were exceptional. Mom needed to call on them many times at off hours so we particularly appreciated the 24/7 on-call service.
